Aim High | Consulting for Student-Athletes

Aim High offers individual consulting services to student-athletes who wish to improve their chances of being recruited by college coaches and admissions officers. Aim High counselors will sit down with the student-athlete and map out a comprehensive strategy designed to improve his or her overall chances of being recruited by, gaining acceptance to, and ultimately playing intercollegiate athletics at their college of choice. Consulting services offered include:

Developing a target list of college choices based on athletic, academic and social desires

Personal contact with college coaches and admissions offices on the student-athlete's behalf

Creating a schedule that allows for live evaluations by college coaches

Properly marketing the student-athlete to selected college coaches and admissions departments

Developing a customized action plan to achieve academic goals

Ensuring a proper understanding of the college recruiting & admissions process

Outlining common mistakes to avoid in the college recruiting & admissions process

Guidance in filling out college applications and financial aid forms

Weekly one-on-one meetings with the student-athlete
